If the selected jewellery item and size are currently in stock, your order will generally be processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Items Requiring Restocking or Special Sizing
If your selected size is unavailable or the item is not currently in stock, additional time may be required to prepare your order. In these circumstances, the processing time may be up to 4 weeks.

If your order requires additional processing time, we will contact you after your order is placed to advise you of the estimated timeframe before proceeding.

Important: The processing timeframe refers to the time required to prepare your jewellery order and does not include postage or delivery time. Delivery times will depend on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that some items or sizes may require additional processing time of up to 5 weeks.
